Maintenance of Certification

MOC is a continuous program comprised of 5-year cycles, designed to promote longitudinal learning and ensure that diplomates remain current with advances in the field of Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine.

Longitudinal Knowledge Assessment

Complete six (6) assessments per year with a passing score of 80% or higher

Uphold NABBLM’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

Continuing Medical Education

Obtain 30 CME credits or CME-equivalent credits directly related to BFLM over the 5 year cycle

Payment of the annual $200 fee
